We do not ship our face cream during warm months as high temperatures can melt the fluffy and luxurious texture. The face cream will be available for shipping again in the fall when temperatures are cooler. If you are local, we do bringthe cream in a cooler to markets and it is also available at select retailers.

Reishi & Rosehip Face Cream is a deeply moisturizing and rejuvenating cream that softens, repairs, and protects skin. The face cream features a handmade infusion of soothing and hydrating locally grown milky oats, marshmallow root, and reishi mushroom extract. Blended with nutrient and antioxidant rich mango and kokum butters, certified organic sea buckthorn oil, hemp seed oil, and rosehip oil, plant based waxes and emollients, healing vitamin E and rosemary extract, and essential oils of frankincense, carrot seed, and rose geranium that improves skin’s health and appearance.

Reishi & Rosehip Face Cream is rich with a silky texture that easily absorbs into skin, provides deep and lasting hydration, and has a very light and earthy aroma. Formulated with botanical ingredients that reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and restore skin’s protective barrier. This cream is ideal for all skin types, and is especially beneficial for dry, sensitive, and mature skin.

We carefully selected each ingredient for its highly beneficial properties.

• Reishi is a medicinal mushroom that is rich in antioxidants and can prevent premature aging and enhance sun protection. Reishi deeply moisturizes and can decrease fine lines and wrinkles. It is also anti-inflammatory and helps reduce scars, skin pigmentation, and discoloration.

• Milky oats are a very nourishing herb with skin-soothing properties that are highly effective for eczema and dry skin. It is rich in antioxidants, and vitamins A, C and E, which help protect the skin against damage. Milky oats are hydrating and help maintain the skin’s pH balance. We use locally grown milky oats from Maple Spring Gardens for our herbal infusion.

• Marshmallow root contains a thick, gummy substance that is called mucilage, and is used to soothe dry skin. Marshmallow root provides hydration, helps retain moisture, soothes redness, relieves inflammation, rejuvenates skin’s appearance and reduces signs of aging. We use locally grown marshmallow root from Maple Spring Gardens for our herbal infusion.

• Rosehip oil boosts collagen production, improving skin elasticity and firmness. It is also rich in Vitamin C and Vitamin A which helps brighten, even skin tone, and decrease hyperpigmentation. Rosehip oil has a dry, non-greasy texture that easily absorbs into skin.

• Sea buckthorn fruit oil is rich in many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It can boost skin elasticity, prevent dry skin, smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and minimize discoloration and scarring. Sea buckthorn oil has anti-inflammatory properties that protect skin and reduce swelling and redness.

• Hemp seed oil has anti-aging properties that can help reduce fine lines and wrinkles. It also balances and hydrates oily skin without clogging pores.

• Mango butter is rich in vitamins C, A, and E, as well as fatty acids. It soothes and softens skin, and has a non-greasy texture ideal for our formula.

• Kokum butter is deeply healing, intensely moisturizing, and adds an extra rich texture. It restores elasticity, has anti-inflammatory properties, and does not clog pores.

• Sunflower lecithin has emollient properties that soften and hydrate skin as well as a high concentration of fatty acids that create a protective barrier on the skin that seals in moisture.

• Candelilla wax has anti-aging polyphenol antioxidants, omega-9, and is antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and hydrating. Candelilla wax is able to deeply penetrate the skin's surface and is known to brighten and smooth complexions.

• Vitamin E and rosemary extract are high in potent antioxidants. Vitamin E is soothing and repairs damaged skin cells and rosemary extract calms irritation.

• We add essential oils of frankincense, rose geranium and carrot seed oil for their benefits, and clean and earthy aromas. Frankincense can stimulate the growth of new skin cells, and can reduce the appearance of wrinkles, acne, and discoloration. Rose geranium essential oil has antioxidant properties that can help reduce signs of aging and removes dead skin cells to help brighten skin. Carrot seed is rich in vitamins that encourage cellular skin repair as well as growth. The Vitamin A in carrot seed oil gives skin a natural and radiant complexion.
